Making her lifetime 15 15-0-0 No she's not running in graded stakes races, but still its an achievement of worthy praise.

With the Florida Derby I too am far more excited to see Tomcito (who put in a serious bullet last week) run vs. Big Brown. Oddly enough ESPN during their Lanes End Stakes coverage didn't utter a whisper about Tomcito. That's a shame as he's proven 1 1/2 miles is easy, older horses can be taken on, and coping with traffic isn't a problem. Effectively he's already vetted out the problems other runners haven't dealt with yet.

I'm hoping his connections get Edgar Prado up for the ride.

At least one deal to sell him has falled to workout so far but if he finishes in the money (let alone wins) with the FL Derby you can be assured that price will just go up.

Good to see you back Alan!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8711985.post-80880935371406244432008-03-23T10:37:00.000-04:002008-03-23T10:37:00.000-04:00It'll be interesting to see what kind of action To...It'll be interesting to see what kind of action Tomcito gets. The betting public seems to fall in love with the largely unknown and unproven "superhorses". (Has worked fantastically, though.)

ajkreiderAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
