The lack of funds stems directly from his embezzlement, yet they did not seem to want to go after him.<BR/><BR/>His embezzlement led to most of the funding cuts.<BR/><BR/>Agree no reason industry should be in this position, either with injured jocks or "unwanted" horses. Both put their lives on the line every time they leave the paddock.
